博通（英语：Broadcom Corporation）是全球最大的无厂半导体公司之一，产品为有线和无线通讯半导体。
1991年，加州大学洛杉矶分校工程学教授山缪利（Henry Samueli）和他的博士班学生尼可拉斯（Henry T. Nicholas III）在美国加州尔湾小镇创立Broadcom，以开发电视机顶盒（cable TV set-top box）的宽带通讯芯片为主。2000年网络泡沬化，博通陷入困境，亏损累计共65亿美元，股价滑落到十元以下，博通裁掉500名员工。2003年，尼可拉斯离开博通，博通在当年度推出全球第一个802.11b单芯片，又成为任天堂Wii游戏
